On May 10th clinicians, researchers, regulators, economists, insurers and goods manufacturers lent their expertise at the Indiana Life Sciences Collaboration Conference, The Intersection of Food, Diet and Healthcare in Indianapolis. The dynamic discussion ranged in topic from preventative health, food insecurity, food labeling (GMO, organic, etc.), the microbiome, metabolic syndrome, regulation, resources and consumer behaviors.
